What you’ll do:
Develop and refresh menus with creativity and flair
Train and support site chefs, building skills and consistency
Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites
What we’re looking for:
Head Chef or Chef Manager experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
Experience managing budgets and GP%
Committed to raising culinary standards
