PURPOSE
In this role, you will drive the launch, growth and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities in Finland. You’ll manage campaigns and budgets across key performance channels, using data and testing to improve results, identify growth opportunities and scale customer acquisition.
YOUR TASKS:
- Create, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display.
- Own campaign budgets and continuously optimise performance against key business KPIs.
- Analyse campaign results and translate performance data into actionable improvements.
- Plan and run tests across audiences, creatives, channels and campaign setups to identify growth opportunities.
- Explore and launch new performance marketing channels.
- Support the development of tracking, measurement and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and partners to deliver campaigns.
- Monitor the Finnish market, competitors and digital marketing trends.
WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience within a B2C environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific ad managers.
- Experience managing and optimising significant paid media budgets against performance KPIs.
- Structured, results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Display and Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
- Experience working in start-up, new market launch or agency environments is a plus.
- Understanding of how performance marketing works alongside broader brand and offline marketing is a plus.
