Role Description The Social Media Manager role at TYC Communication is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement for multiple clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and performance, and monitoring trends and competitor activity. The role will also involve community management, responding to audience interactions, coordinating with creative and content teams, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal and client stakeholders. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with account managers and other team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand communication objectives.
Qualifications
Strong social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
Excellent communication and writing abilities, including the capacity to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
Proficiency in content strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaign goals, and tailoring messages for different audiences.
Ability to analyze social media metrics, generate performance reports, and use insights to refine strategies.
Experience with social media management tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Relevant work experience in social media or digital marketing; agency or multi-brand experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
