Role Description The Clinical Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with a range of orthopedic, neurological, and craniofacial conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves documenting clinical findings accurately, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive strategies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The Clinical Physiotherapist will also participate in quality improvement activities and support clinic protocols and standards of care. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Ameer PHYSIO CRANIO Clinics in Madurai.
Qualifications
Formal education in physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent) and valid professional registration or eligibility as required by local regulations.
Clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Ability to provide clear patient education, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong professional ethics, commitment to evidence-based practice, and willingness to participate in continuing education and clinical skill development.
Capacity to manage a full-time caseload, work independently in an on-site clinical environment, and adapt to varying patient needs and clinic workflows.
Experience or interest in craniofacial or specialized physiotherapy domains is an advantage; prior work in outpatient clinic or hospital settings is beneficial.
