Responsibilities:
Speak with nursing and paramedical candidates, capture their profiles, and build our talent database
Collate and maintain candidate, verification and placement records
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client institutions
Field incoming enquiries across email, calls and social media
Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates
Analyse and summarise candidate data — salary benchmarks, location patterns, availability trends — and report findings clearly
