As our Transplant Coordinator RN, you will coordinate all aspects of renal and pancreas transplants and support daily functioning of the transplant section. Every day you will act as case manager using Virginia Mason's Nursing Professional Practice Model, managing patients from initial referral through transplant evaluation, the inpatient stay after transplant, and the transition back to the referring physician.
