QinetiQ US is looking for a Funtional/Financial Analyst. This is an excellent, highly visible opportunity for a strong financial/capital planning consultant to have a significant impact on the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA’s) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) program. FHWA is seeking assistance in planning changes to the IT portfolio, such as investment consolidations and/or portfolio structure changes, as well as managing the granularity/level of detail of items in the IT Spend Plan.
