*Job Summary*
We're seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our Mohali office. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, therapists, physicians, etc.) for US-based positions. You'll work EST hours to align with client needs, ensuring seamless communication and rapid placements.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess skills/experience.
- Build talent pipelines for high-demand roles like RNs, CNAs, and allied health pros.
- Collaborate with US clients to understand requirements and negotiate placements.
- Manage candidate relationships, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years in healthcare recruitment or staffing (experience with US healthcare a plus).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications (e.g., NCLEX, BLS), and visa processes.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter) and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a night shift (EST-aligned) with high energy and adaptability.
