Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing options.
Manage commercial negotiations with suppliers and ensure competitive terms.
Handle Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and supplier negotiations.
Manage procurement of CAPEX, bought-outs and other strategic materials.
Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and plants.
Prepare and manage MIS reports related to procurement and sourcing.
Support corporate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
Strategic sourcing and procurement expertise.
Good knowledge of CAPEX and bought-out procurement.
Experience in Annual Rate Contracts.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
Good MIS and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities.
Reporting to: AGM – Corporate Procurement
