Job Description :
Designation: Logistics Executive
Department: Logistics / Supply Chain
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Gandhinagar
Edu. Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any discipline)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responds to internal and external logistics requirements and coordinates dispatch activities
Plans and executes dispatch of machines, spare parts, and materials
Prepares and verifies dispatch documents such as Invoice, Packing List, LR, and E-way Bill
Coordinates with transporters, freight forwarders, and CHA for smooth movement of goods
Tracks shipments and ensures timely delivery to customers
Analyzes and resolves logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or shortages
Works closely with production, stores, and sales teams for dispatch planning
Maintains proper records of logistics and shipment data
Monitors overall logistics performance and provides regular updates
Required Candidate Profile:
Good knowledge of logistics operations and dispatch processes
Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred
Familiarity with documentation and coordination with transporters
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and analytical ability
