What you'll be doing
In this role, you will:
Identify and connect with individuals interested in leadership, learning and personal development
Use digital marketing and relationship-building strategies to attract and engage with suitable individuals
Conduct professional, consultative conversations to understand people's goals and aspirations
Introduce individuals to established personal and leadership development programs
Follow structured marketing, communication and engagement processes
Manage professional follow-up and ongoing conversations
Participate in ongoing leadership, marketing and professional development
Manage your own activity, schedule and outcomes with initiative and accountability
Work independently while having access to established systems, training and mentoring
Continue developing your own leadership capability while helping others explore their potential
Training, guidance and established systems are provided. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate professionally, learn new approaches and take ownership of your results.
Your experience
There is no single professional background required.
You may come from leadership, learning and development, human resources, recruitment, education, healthcare, coaching, consulting, professional services, sales, marketing, business development, account management, operations or another people-focused profession.
You are likely to be someone who:
Has 10+ years of professional experience
Communicates confidently and professionally in English
Builds trust and rapport through thoughtful, genuine conversations
Is comfortable connecting with people by phone, video and digital platforms
Can work independently without needing constant direction
Demonstrates initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
Is open-minded, curious and committed to continued learning
Is willing to develop contemporary digital marketing and client-engagement skills
Has an interest in leadership and personal development
Values meaningful contribution alongside professional and personal growth
