Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including role scoping with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations. The role involves partnering with leadership to define talent needs, create inclusive job descriptions, and ensure hiring practices align with company values and compliance standards. The Senior Recruiter will use data and AI-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies, improve candidate experience, and refine talent pipelines across global markets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to broader HR projects such as onboarding, workforce planning, and process improvement.

Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing full-cycle hiring processes for a variety of roles.
Experience with data-driven recruiting practices, using analytics, ATS/HRIS tools, and technology platforms to track metrics and optimize hiring outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Knowledge of human resources best practices, including inclusive hiring, compliance with employment regulations, and support for onboarding and retention.
Ability to design and refine structured interview frameworks, assessment methods, and candidate evaluation criteria that align with organizational goals.
Demonstrated experience recruiting in technology, AI, or startup environments, or in global and emerging markets, is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and comfort working across time zones with diverse, multicultural teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.
