Role Description The Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will lead engineering teams, oversee design and implementation of biogas upgradation systems, and ensure alignment of technical solutions with project requirements and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional work with operations and product teams, and driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability. The Engineering Manager will mentor team members, support integration of software and control systems into plant designs, manage timelines and resources, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and contributing to strategic decisions that support Atmospower’s growth in the green energy sector.
Qualifications
Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Proficiency in Project Management and Integration, including planning, execution, and coordination of complex engineering projects.
Understanding of Software Development principles as applied to industrial control systems, automation, or related engineering applications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field); experience in renewable energy or process industries is an advantage.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Proven experience managing on-site engineering operations and readiness to work full time at the Ahmedabad location.
