Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.).
Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable finance solutions.
Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training for key users.
Configure and customize finance modules to meet client-specific requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
Provide expert advice on finance best practices, compliance, and process optimization.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design.

You have...
At least 7 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance modules.
Proven track record as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations.
Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, consolidation, etc.).
Prior experience in a finance role (e.g. accountant, controller, financial analyst) is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus.
Nice to have: Experience in pre-sales, workshops, or mentoring junior consultants.
