Role Description The Senior Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India. This role is responsible for defining product vision and strategy, translating customer and business needs into clear product roadmaps, and prioritizing features and enhancements. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing market and user insights, writing product requirements, coordinating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. The Senior Product Manager will track product performance through metrics and feedback, refine the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases. This role also involves guiding stakeholders, managing risks, and mentoring junior product team members to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization for digital or software products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market research, user data, and business metrics to inform decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience with agile or lean product development methodologies and tools commonly used in modern product organizations.
Background in technology, business, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
Prior experience leading products in a digital engineering or IT services environment; experience in global or multi-country setups is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
