Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Manager
Industry: Corrugated Boxes & Packaging
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales / corrugated box / packaging industry
We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Business Development & Sales professional to join our growing corrugated box business.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop new B2B customers for corrugated boxes and packaging solutions
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Visit customers and understand their packaging requirements
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality and Dispatch teams
Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments and customer feedback
Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing
Develop business in new markets/industries
✅ Candidate Profile
Experience in corrugated box / paper packaging / flexible packaging / industrial packaging preferred
Strong B2B sales and customer-handling skills
Good communication and negotiation ability
Willingness to travel for customer visits
Target-oriented and proactive
Basic knowledge of GSM, BF, flute, ply, box dimensions and corrugated box specifications will be an advantage
Candidates with an existing customer network in the packaging industry will be preferred
