Role Description As a Founder’s Office Associate — Strategy & Execution, you will work closely with the founding team to drive high-priority initiatives across product, operations, and growth. You will analyze data and market insights, support strategic planning, and translate ideas into actionable project plans with clear timelines and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing executive briefs and presentations, coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking key metrics, and ensuring follow-through on strategic decisions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to solve critical business problems, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for innovation within the StudAI One ecosystem. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Comfort with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, basic analytics) and the ability to derive insights to inform decisions.
Interest in AI, technology, and startup environments, with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; prior experience in a fast-paced or early-stage company is an advantage.
High ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and readiness to support founders on time-sensitive and strategic tasks.
