Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves providing direct patient support, coordinating with medical professionals, and assisting in the delivery of emergency and routine healthcare services. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient conditions, following medical protocols, documenting care activities, and communicating clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff. The Healthcare Specialist will support training initiatives, help implement safety and quality standards, and participate in community outreach or health programs as needed. The role also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and active contribution to a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.
Qualifications
Clinical and emergency care skills, including EMT and basic Medicine knowledge.
Strong Communication abilities for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Experience in Training, coaching, or educating others in healthcare practices.
General Healthcare knowledge, including patient care, safety, and hygiene standards.
Relevant certification or diploma in EMT, nursing, paramedical sciences, or a related healthcare field.
Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site healthcare environments and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and commitment to patient confidentiality and dignity.
Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, emergency services, or community health projects is an advantage.
