As our Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, you will serve as a strategic business partner to pharmacy operations, procurement, and executive leadership, translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and patient care outcomes. Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $140k-$155k
Reports to: Director, FP&A
The final salary offered will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Candidates with highly relevant and/or specialized experience may be considered toward the higher end of the range.

What You’ll Do
Lead the FP&A function for assigned business units, owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
Develop and maintain financial models to track and improve gross margin, analyzing drivers such as drug acquisition cost, reimbursement rates, payer mix, and rebates
Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to analyze purchasing trends, vendor contracts, and cost-saving opportunities
Provide monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear narrative on business drivers
Build rolling forecasts and scenario models to support executive decision-making around pricing, contracting, and operational investments
Support month-end close processes in partnership with accounting, ensuring accurate revenue and cost of goods reporting
Prepare board- and executive-level presentations, translating complex financial data into actionable insights
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
Mentor and develop junior FP&A analysts, as applicable
The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
6+ years of progressive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience, including exposure to healthcare organizations
Experience performing procurement and purchasing analysis, including vendor pricing, contract economics, and purchasing trends
Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis capabilities with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial performance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to business leaders and non-finance stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making across departments
A Plus If You Have:
MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification
Direct experience supporting pharmacy finance, particularly within long-term care (LTC), institutional, specialty, or retail pharmacy environments
Understanding of pharmacy reimbursement models, dispensing economics, payer dynamics, and drug pricing structures
Experience analyzing rebates, reimbursement methodologies, and government or managed care programs, including Medicare Part D and Medicaid
Familiarity with pharmacy procurement platforms, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) relationships, and pharmaceutical purchasing strategies
Experience with FP&A, business intelligence, or reporting tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Tableau
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain seated and perform computer-based work for extended periods
Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in virtual meetings
