Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team specializing in Delivery and Instalation of Genset Projects for our Power Gen Department in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
Plan and coordinate all logistics, resources, deliveries, installation activities, and Integrated Test Programs (ITPs) to support project execution.
Schedule and oversee commissioning activities, effectively collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor, manage, and report key project performance indicators (KPIs), providing clear visibility of project progress and outcomes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to ensure project success.
Drive a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture by acting as a role model and ambassador for safety excellence.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior Project Managers and project team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate project status effectively, and capture lessons learned to support ongoing improvement and future project success.
Education/ Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Relevant project management experience, including team leadership experience, required.
