Job Description
Strategic Operations & P&L: Drive top-line revenue, manage operational budgets, and maintain high-yield occupancy for the sanctuary.
Integrative Guest Experience: Ensure seamless service delivery for high-net-worth guests from arrival to post-retreat wellness follow-ups.
Departmental Synergy: Align clinical wellness teams (Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga) with front-of-house, housekeeping, F&B, and estate teams.
Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and build a world-class team committed to discreet, intuitive, and compassionate service.
Quality & Estate Standards: Oversee sanctuary maintenance, organic gardens, eco-sustainability initiatives, and luxury safety protocols.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the retreat, welcoming CEOs, ultra-HNWIs, and international dignitaries with warmth and professional elegance.
Must-Have Skills & QualitiesYou must demonstrate a strong command of:
Deep mastery over ultra-luxury hospitality standards, retreat logistics, and guest journey personalization.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect effortlessly with ultra-HNWIs, NRIs, and global wellness travelers.
Versatility in leadership—balancing financial rigor and operational precision with a serene, wellness-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Strong understanding of luxury wellness trends, holistic guest expectations, and the operational harmony required in an integrative health sanctuary.
