Business Development Executive

Talent Glider Careers India is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
* Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
* Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
* Present IT services and solutions to prospective clients
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
* Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and night shift schedule
