Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST
The Role
You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for travel nurses and allied health professionals: sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting candidates through their assignments. That last part matters most to us. At Kiwi, recruiters are advocates — not just closers.
Source candidates across job boards, social platforms, and our internal database
Interview and qualify healthcare professionals for the right fit — location, shift, assignment type, availability
Build real, lasting relationships with your travelers, not transactional ones
Support candidates through compliance, credentialing, housing, and onboarding
Hit weekly and quarterly goals (we'll set them together, and they'll be fair)
Generate leads and uncover new client opportunities
Collaborate with the broader Kiwi team while managing your own book of business
What We're Looking For
3+ years of US healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong focus on travel nursing or allied health
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Track record of building candidate and client relationships that last
Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and social recruiting
