Technische Führung und Koordination innerhalb des Entwicklerteams
Architekturentscheidungen sowie Review und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlandschaften
Full-Stack-Entwicklung in Java-basierten Softwareprojekten (Frontend/Backend)
Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich technischer Lösungsansätze und Projektvorgehen
Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung im Frontend und Backend
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Business Analysts und anderen Stakeholdern
Anwendung und Förderung agiler Methoden (Scrum)
Förderung von Best Practices, Clean Code und DevOps-Kultur
Sicherstellung hoher Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie Fachstellen auf Kundenseite
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Java-Entwicklung (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
Auspräge Frontend-Kompetenz mit Frameworks wie Angular und Bootstrap
Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Applikationen im Full-Stack-Umfeld
Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt mit hoher Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
Agile Methodik: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, idealerweise zertifiziert (z. B. PSM I / CSM)
Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen – Teamplayer der das WIR in den Vordergrund stellt
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch auf gutem Niveau
