Role Description The Administrator will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of Shanthi Vardhak Education Society, ensuring smooth functioning of office processes and institutional activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Bidar includes coordinating schedules, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting staff, students, and visitors with administrative needs. The Administrator will manage documentation, assist with admissions and fee-related processes, and ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently. The role also involves liaising with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders, managing basic financial and inventory records, and preparing reports for leadership. The Administrator will support the implementation of organizational initiatives, maintain a professional and welcoming environment, and contribute to continuous improvements in administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
Ability to manage office operations, including record-keeping, documentation, and general administrative coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort with learning new systems.
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with students, staff, families, and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, reports, and financial or inventory records.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
Prior experience in educational or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in administration, education, or a related field is an advantage.
