Hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementation experience — required and non-negotiable
Strong technical expertise in AJO/AEP data architecture
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex AJO implementations
Ability to work directly with Product Engineering on technical issues
Strong issue ownership with a track record of driving problems through to resolution
Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or architecture
Strong communication and client-facing technical consulting skills
