Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams, improve processes, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
☑ Manage Daily Operations
Oversee smooth functioning across clinical, rehabilitation, fitness and front-office operations.
☑ Lead & Manage Teams
Drive team performance, accountability, discipline and cross-functional coordination.
☑ Improve Processes & Efficiency
Develop and implement SOPs, streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
☑ Manage Facilities & Resources
Oversee facilities, vendors, inventory, maintenance and administrative requirements.
☑ Drive Patient Experience & KPIs
Monitor operational performance, enhance patient experience and support management initiatives.
• Qualification:
MHA/MBA in healthcare
• Experience Required:
5-10 Years in Operations / Administration
Healthcare, rehabilitation or hospitality experience preferred.
