Sagacious Elevate is looking for a Senior Patent Analyst in the Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) - Prosecution team to draft responses to PTO communications in the US and EP. The role involves a mix of legal and technical knowledge to ensure successful patent prosecution while complying with jurisdiction-specific rules and client expectations.
Specifically, the Senior Patent Analyst - ICT Prosecution will
• File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP.
• Draft and file responses to PTO communications.
• Communicate with clients on patent-related queries and status updates.
• Maintain timely updates, documentation, and file management.
Experience
• 1-4 years of experience in patent prosecution in the ICT domain.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with global procedures (USPTO, EPO, WIPO).
• Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112
Skills for Success
• Attention to detail and process adherence.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet filing deadlines.
