Role Description The Spanish Quality Analyst/Process Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves monitoring and evaluating Spanish-language interactions and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. The individual will analyze performance data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements in workflows, documentation, and service delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality audits, preparing reports, designing and delivering training sessions in Spanish and English, and coaching team members to maintain consistent performance. The role also collaborates with operations and leadership to implement best practices, refine quality frameworks, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to perform audits, monitor accuracy, and maintain service standards.
Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to support the development, implementation, and refinement of quality frameworks and policies.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in Spanish and English for training delivery, feedback, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) at a professional level is required.
Experience in quality analysis, process training, or operations in a consulting, BPO, or service environment is preferred.
Strong facilitation and coaching abilities, with comfort presenting to groups in Spanish and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Languages, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
