Job Overview
ABM Hospital is urgently hiring a skilled Phlebotomist to manage patient blood sample collections and preliminary handling.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sample collection for routine and specialized lab investigations.
Ensure accurate labeling, logging, and barcoding of collected samples to prevent pre-analytical errors.
Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and strict adherence to biomedical waste management standards.
Ensure clear communication and patient comfort during sample draws.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT / CMLT) or relevant clinical certification.
Experience: Prior experience in phlebotomy/sample collection in a hospital, diagnostic lab, or clinic setup.
Skills: Strong venipuncture technique, vein assessment, and patient-handling skills.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
