Cisco vManage, vSmart, vBond Controllers
Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Cisco IR1800
WAN Technologies: MPLS, Internet VPN, DIA, LTE
VPN, IPSec, NAT, QoS
Network Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.)
Packet analysis using Wireshark
ITIL knowledge
Automation skills/knowledge preferred - Ansible/Python.
