Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues within the Customer Support Services sector.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and protocols.

Requirements
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role, ideally within Customer Support Services.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
