Who We're Looking For
We're looking for engineers with a solid foundation in the skills below who are eager to keep learning, take ownership, and deliver results. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be comfortable with the fundamentals and ready to grow quickly in a fast-paced startup where you'll wear multiple hats.
What You'll Work On
Embedded firmware and motor control on microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32).
Computer vision and ML deployment on NVIDIA Jetson.
Simulation and testing using tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse.
Backend services in Python, databases, and SQL.
React dashboards for real-time system status and insights.
Containerized deployment using Docker.
Required Skills
Embedded Systems
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as ESP32 and STM32
Working knowledge of RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS preferred), including tasks, scheduling, queues, semaphores, and interrupts
Experience with peripherals and protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, GPIO, ADC, PWM, and timers
Motor control for servo, stepper, and BLDC motors, including motor drivers and PID control
Interfacing sensors, encoders, and cameras
Ability to read schematics and datasheets, and debug with lab tools such as an oscilloscope or logic analyzer
Software, AI & Platform
Programming in Python, C/C++, JavaScript, and SQL
NVIDIA Jetson (JetPack, CUDA basics), OpenCV, and PyTorch, with model optimization using TensorRT
DBMS concepts with PostgreSQL or MySQL
Backend APIs in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and front-end dashboards in React
Docker, Linux, and Git
Bonus Skills
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Familiarity with ROS 2 for robot control and integration
