Associate Veterinarian

Job Location : EVA VETS Saharanpur
Role Description As an Associate Veterinarian at EVA VETS, you will provide comprehensive medical care to animals, including performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and conducting routine and advanced procedures. You will manage preventive care such as vaccinations, parasite control, and wellness checks, while advising caregivers on nutrition, behavior, and long-term health plans. Daily responsibilities include reviewing diagnostics, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring adherence to practice protocols and animal welfare standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, requiring direct interaction with clients, patients, and staff throughout the working day.
Qualifications
BVSc & AH Degree with Uttar Pradesh Registeration with Minimum 1 year of Experience
Masters in any clinical Subject would be an added advantage
WVS Course Completion would be a plus
Clinical skills in small animal medicine, surgery, diagnostics, and preventive healthcare.
Strong communication skills for discussing diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care with pet caregivers in a clear, empathetic manner.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting technicians and other staff to deliver consistent patient care.
Commitment to animal welfare, ethical practice, and adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols.
Organizational skills for managing caseloads, maintaining thorough medical records, and prioritizing tasks in a busy clinical setting.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, learn new techniques, and adapt to evolving best practices in veterinary medicine.
Previous experience in a clinical veterinary setting is beneficial
