Role Description
We have Golden Opportunity for IT Freshers, who want to start their career in Technical Support. Details are given bellow . If you are OK with it, let us know your interest so that I can conduct your interview.
Exp Required : 0 to 1 Year
Job Location : Bavdhan, Pune / Work From Home also.
Note 1 : For WFH, you should have your own proper infrastructure. Company will not provide you Laptop.
Also please note there will be 3-6 months training program initially with Stipend of 10k in hand.
Our major selection criteria are :
Excellent Communications
Basic understanding of windows OS / Servers and their functioning like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Operating System, etc.
Good to have knowledge of Cloud or Virtualization
Terms & Conditions :
Candidates have to sign 2 years’ service Agreement.
This opportunity is not for those candidates, who want to make their career in Development, DBA, or Software Testing.
Roles & Responsibility:
Client Coordinator (Via phone or mail or chat).
Act as primary contact person for the team.
Coordinate and submit team reports, such as weekly reports and team plan, and other necessary documentation required.
Perform activities such as server builds (application and/or configuration), Defragging Exchange Data Stores, Active Directory Update and/or Migration, SQL Server Tuning, Share point Application building, etc. remotely via remote control software.
