What You'll Do:
✨ Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
✨ Understand client requirements and introduce Urban Haven's interior design solutions
✨ Schedule consultations and meetings with our design team
✨ Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships
✨ Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to convert leads into projects
✨ Manage CRM records and ensure accurate lead tracking
✨ Share customer insights to enhance sales strategies and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset
• Confidence in interacting with customers and understanding their requirements
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Email
