Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in developing social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in alignment with brand guidelines. The role includes researching industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to suggest content ideas and optimization opportunities. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to align social media activities with ongoing initiatives, track performance metrics, and prepare basic reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support end-to-end campaign execution and performance tracking.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned posts and creatives.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to write clear copy, interact with audiences professionally, and coordinate with internal teams.
Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics) and familiarity with major social platforms is beneficial.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity about business, branding, and growth strategy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.
