We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive with around 6 months of hands on SEO experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SEO fundamentals and practical knowledge of SEO backlinks and off page SEO. You will work on improving website visibility, supporting link building activities and helping deliver SEO campaigns for clients.
Responsibilities
• Perform basic keyword research and competitor research
• Work on on page SEO activities such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking
• Build and manage quality backlinks through relevant websites and platforms
• Find relevant backlink opportunities and maintain backlink records
• Perform off page SEO activities and support link building campaigns
• Check backlink quality and identify harmful or low quality links
• Monitor keyword rankings and website performance
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools for research and reporting
• Support SEO audits and identify basic technical and content issues
• Prepare regular SEO reports and update campaign progress
• Stay updated with Google SEO guidelines and common SEO practices
Requirements
• Around 6 months of practical SEO experience
• Good knowledge of SEO backlinks and link building is required
• Basic knowledge of on page and off page SEO
• Understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis
• Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and follow SEO processes
• Candidates with practical SEO experience will be preferred over candidates with only theoretical knowledge
