We are looking for an experienced Test Architect / Quality Engineering Architect who can drive enterprise testing strategy, automation architecture, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering.
🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years in Software Testing / Quality Engineering / Test Automation
• 3+ years in Test Architecture / Senior QA Technical Leadership
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted testing
• Enterprise-scale test automation framework architecture
• UI, API, Integration, Data, Regression & End-to-End automation
• Playwright / Selenium / Cypress / RestAssured or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript
• CI/CD, DevOps, Agile & modern application architectures
• Experience testing GenAI / LLM / RAG / Chatbot / Agentic AI applications
• LLM evaluation, prompt testing, guardrails & AI response validation
• AWS / Azure / GCP experience is a plus
• Performance & security testing experience is a plus
💡 What you'll work on:
✔ Define test strategy and Quality Engineering roadmap
✔ Architect AI-powered test automation solutions
✔ Leverage Agentic AI for test generation, regression optimization, test data and defect analysis
✔ Define testing strategies for AI/LLM applications, including accuracy, reliability, hallucination, guardrails and performance
✔ Establish automation standards, reusable frameworks, quality metrics and governance
✔ Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
✔ Provide technical leadership to Test Leads, SDETs and QA teams
🏦 Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets experience is highly preferred.
