The mission
We set up private digital canteens for offices and deliver good lunch. Getting a company signed up is only half the job. The real magic is what happens next: turning a brand-new canteen into the thing everyone at the office actually uses every day.
That's your job. You'll take our newly launched canteens and make them come alive, get people ordering, keep them ordering, and grow each one into a buzzing daily habit. You're the human face of Kater inside every office we serve.
What you'll actually do
Get to know the people in each new hub and help them place that first order (the hardest one).
Check in, follow up, answer questions, and be the friendly person they associate with lunch.
Find the champions inside each company who'll help the canteen catch on.
Notice what's working and what isn't, and tell us, you'll be our ears on the ground.
Keep hubs healthy and growing week after week.
Who you are
People genuinely like you. You're warm, easy to talk to, and you build rapport fast.
You're organized and you follow up, without being chased.
You're gently relentless, you don't give up on a quiet hub, you find a way in.
You care about doing the small things well.
Academics and experience is a bonus, but attitude and hustle matter more.
