Retail Associate (FT)

We are seeking a full-time Retail Associate to join our team in North Riverside, United States. In this customer-focused role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional service while maintaining store operations and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and efficient, with a passion for creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash with precision
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts
Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and support colleagues when needed
Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including cash reconciliation
Contribute to achieving store sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Help our customers maintain their boots by complementary oil and conditioning, in addition to minor repairs and tuff to toe application
Available to work mornings, afternoons and evening shifts in addition to Weekends and Holidays
Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application
1-2 years relevant experience
Results oriented
Effective Written/Verbal Communication
Computer Utilization

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lifting 50 pounds, bending/squatting to lace shoes, overhead lifting, twisting, climbing a ladder, standing for long periods of time
Housekeeping duties including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping & waxing floors, washing windows, disinfecting store by using chemicals, discarding of all trash, maintaining recycling, installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays
