Job Title: SDET (Playwright)
Type: W2 contract only
Location: Candidates can sit in Merrimack, NH, or work remotely with flexible scheduling, but they must be local to a Fidelity office (not outside a Fidelity regional area) -- Dallas, TX; Durham, NC; Salt Lake City, UT; Boston, MA; Smithfield, RI; Jersey City, NJ; Covington, KY.
Duration: 6 Months+
Interview Mode: Phone then Video
Must Have Skills
Automation & Framework Expertise: Hands-on proficiency creating and scaling automated test suites using frameworks like Playwright, Cucumber, and JUnit to improve cycle time.
API & Database Testing: Strong skill in testing REST/web services using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI, alongside solid SQL query knowledge for data validation.
3 Requirement Analysis & Test Creation: Ability to quickly synthesize clear, actionable test cases directly from technical requirements or application code.
SDLC Tooling & Lifecycle Management: Fluent in software development tools including Git, Jira, Xray (test management), and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
