As CEO for the Americas, you are responsible for the regional market in North and South America for a German company.

Your Duties
As CEO America, you are responsible for the regional market in North and South America for a German company. Your key responsibilities include:
Management and leadership of the company.
Establishment and development of the distributor network.
Acquisition and development of key accounts.
Responsibility for strategy and revenue growth in the Americas.
Developing the brand and brand strategy in the Americas.
Managing and actively developing operational business processes.
Developing the company’s operations, supply chain, and services within the corporate group.
Overall responsibility for the company’s finances and P&L.
Your Profile
Relevant professional experience in a similar role with senior-level leadership experience
Proven track record of success in business growth and organizational development
Relevant experience in the lubricants, chemicals, or automotive aftermarket sector in the United States
A college degree or equivalent qualification
A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
An entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of initiative
Strong customer focus and a professional appearance
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Excellent written and spoken English skills
