We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for upcoming cohorts.
This is a top-of-funnel role. Your primary responsibility is to identify the right prospects, start conversations, qualify interest, and book qualified calls for the enrollment team.
What You Will Do
Identify professionals and companies who fit our target audience.
Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and influencers.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Conduct targeted outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
Personalize outreach based on the prospect's role, company, responsibilities, and potential needs.
Run structured follow-up sequences with prospects who do not respond to the first outreach.
Turn relevant conversations into qualified sales calls for the enrollment team.
Follow up with warm prospects generated through Greenleaf's website, LinkedIn content, campaigns, events, and other marketing activity.
Respond quickly to prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet booked a call.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, recruitment sourcing, or a similar prospecting role.
Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound outreach.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
Strong internet research and prospect identification skills.
Strong written and verbal English.
Comfortable with cold outreach and regular follow-up.
Comfortable working with targets and activity metrics.
Experience selling or prospecting into HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, People Operations, SaaS, professional services, or education is a strong plus.
