Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a team and ensuring performance targets are met. This role includes planning and assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members. The Team Lead Manager will coordinate with cross-functional departments, track key metrics, and prepare reports on productivity, quality, and timelines. The role involves resolving operational issues, improving processes, and supporting the implementation of company policies and standards. The Team Lead Manager is expected to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, encourage collaboration, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising teams, setting priorities, and managing day-to-day operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide feedback, facilitate collaboration, and manage conflict.
Analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar operational environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools).
Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Delhi Area and adapt to dynamic business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
