Product Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Product Manager to own, design, and optimize our end-to-end Lead Creation to Order Creation customer journey. In this role, you will be the bridge between Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering. Your primary focus will be defining product requirements, workflow rules, and automated touchpoints that connect Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in revenue operations (RevOps), standardizing lead qualification funnels, and ensuring flawless data sync for estimation, invoicing, and order generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Journey Mapping
Own the Lead-to-Order Blueprint: Design, map, and perfect the entire user journey from a lead entering the system to closed-won deals and subsequent Sales Order/Invoice generation.
Eliminate Friction: Identify workflow bottlenecks between sales operations and financial compliance, designing automated solutions to eliminate manual data entry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, and Leadership to translate complex business operations into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specs.
2. Zoho Platform Integration & Enhancement (Optional)
Lead-to-Book Logic: Architect the exact business logic governing when and how a CRM Lead/Account is pushed into Zoho Books as a Customer/Contact.
Transaction Automation: Define product features handling the automated generation of Estimates, Sales Orders, and Invoices upon specific CRM milestones (e.g., Deal Stage = "Closed Won").
Data Integrity: Design the syncing schema to maintain 100% data alignment between Zoho CRM inventory/products/price books and Zoho Books items/taxes.
3. Product Delivery & Agile Management
Backlog & Sprint Ownership: Write detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and lead agile ceremonies with developers (Deluge programmers, API specialists).
UAT & Quality Assurance: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria to ensure that custom integrations, webhooks, and third-party APIs trigger reliably without disrupting the finance or sales pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, explicitly focused on SaaS CRM, ERP, or Revenue Operations platforms.
Zoho Domain Expertise: It will be good if knowledge of the internal architecture of Zoho CRM (Blueprints, Workflows, Command Center) and Zoho Books (Invoicing, General Ledger hooks, Tax mapping).
Integration Literacy: Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and how custom data mapping functions between distinct platforms.
Process Mindset: Exceptional capability in drawing wireframes, workflows, and conditional state-transition diagrams.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in setting up and monitoring revenue KPIs (e.g., lead conversion velocity, order processing errors, invoice matching rates).
