Role: Workday HCM Core Consultant
Location: Canada / Remote
Duration: Long term Contract
Detailed Job Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nearshore functional production support for Workday HCM.
Resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.
Perform configuration updates for approved enhancements.
Support Workday monthly and biannual releases.
Work closely with onsite functional leads and offshore support teams.
Assist with regression testing and production validation.
Support reporting requests and data validation.
Participate in problem management and root cause analysis.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer.
Support production stabilization during the first year after go-live.

Strong understanding of:

Security
Reporting
Experience providing production support.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Workday HCM certification.
Experience supporting multinational organizations.
Knowledge of additional Workday modules (Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll).

Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization.
