Join an established defense practice representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators across complex Workers’ Compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, client contact and long-term development.

Established Workers’ Compensation Practice: Work within a team handling sophisticated Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense matters for employers, carriers and TPAs.
Lower Billable Requirement: Benefit from a more sustainable billable expectation than many comparable defense firms, without sacrificing the quality of the work.
Meaningful Case Ownership: Independently manage matters through investigation, pleadings, depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements and appeals.
Direct Client Exposure: Work closely with employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators on strategy, exposure analysis and claim resolution.
Responsibilities 💼
Manage Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation matters from inception through resolution
Handle depositions, hearings, mediations and appeals
Appear before Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judges
Maintain direct responsibility for client reporting and litigation strategy
Requirements 🎯
4+ years of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense experience
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
Experience representing employers, insurance carriers and/or TPAs
Strong client-management and case-strategy capabilities
