• Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors regarding lead times, backorders, damages, and order status.
• Budget & Logs: Maintain accurate procurement logs and help keep project budgets on track.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and install teams to align with project timelines.
• Invoicing: Reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and flag discrepancies.
• Sourcing Support: Assist with vendor research and gathering quotes for new products and materials.
• Project Tracking: Keep project management software updated with accurate order and status information.
• Design Support: Support the design team with product and material sourcing as needed.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and vendors at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with design or procurement software (such as Studio Designer or Ivy) is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and staying on top of deadlines.
• Available 25 to 35 hours per week, with some flexibility around project needs.
• Must be local to the Atlanta area.
