Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Technology Solutions team supporting enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Solutions Architect
Location:Remote, with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days on-site in South Park (4100 Coca-Cola Plaza), Charlotte
Pay Range:$135,000 - $140,000
What's the Job?
Develop high-level solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
Partner with product and delivery teams to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and integration impacts of new initiatives.
Provide architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
Mentor and coach delivery teams on technologies, systems, and best practices, including responsible AI development.
Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
Strong software development background with 7–10 years of experience, ideally with full-stack expertise.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions within cloud environments such as Azure.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience working within Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, system design, and integration patterns.
